preocupaci\u00f3n por el caso y la necesidad de que los consumidores chilenos sean tratados en igualdad de condiciones que en otros pa\u00edses.<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Luego de las declaraciones del Presidente de Nintendo, Shuntaro Furokawa, en las que admit\u00eda el conocimiento de un desperfecto en el joystick de la consola Nintendo Switch desde hace un tiempo, la Organizaci\u00f3n de Consumidores y Usuarios, ODECU, ha solicitado el pronunciamiento del Servicio Nacional del Consumidor, SERNAC, a ra\u00edz de este caso que afecta a cientos de consumidores chilenos.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo expres\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n quien, por medio de una solicitud formal dirigida a la autoridad, declar\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n y la solicitud de que los consumidores chilenos sean reparados ante dicha falla, toda vez que estos tienen \u201c<em>el derecho a la reparaci\u00f3n e indemnizaci\u00f3n adecuada y oportuna de todos los da\u00f1os materiales y morales en caso de incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones contra\u00eddas por el proveedor<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, para la ODECU es de suma importancia manifestar la necesidad de que los consumidores chilenos sean tratados en igualdad de condiciones reparando dicho agravio, al igual que los consumidores de otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>La misiva finaliza con la petici\u00f3n formal de que SERNAC haga uso de sus facultades legales para pronunciarse en el caso y proceder a la petici\u00f3n de indemnizaci\u00f3n tal y como se\u00f1ala la ley, buscando generar las adecuadas
