tras la serie de presuntos incumplimientos a consumidores y usuarios en la venta y entrega de productos y servicios comercializados por la empresa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n de Consumidores y Usuarios de Chile, ODECU, solicit\u00f3 al Servicio Nacional del Consumidor, SERNAC, que act\u00fae de oficio iniciando un Procedimiento Voluntario Colectivo, PVC, a la empresa Peixe, ex Groupon.<\/p>\n<p>El Procedimiento Voluntario Colectivo (PVC) es una facultad del SERNAC cuyo objetivo es obtener una soluci\u00f3n expedita, completa y transparente que resguarde el inter\u00e9s colectivo de los consumidores afectados por conductas de las empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los antecedentes reunidos por ODECU, la empresa Peixe ha incumplido en la entrega de cientos de productos y servicios, adem\u00e1s de tampoco haber devuelto el dinero a los clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Para Stefan Larenas Riob\u00f3, Presidente de ODECU, resulta preocupante el hecho de que la empresa ha anunciado que se someter\u00e1 a un proceso de insolvencia luego de que otro proceso de reorganizaci\u00f3n haya sido insuficiente para la viabilidad del giro.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHemos recibido reclamos similares contra otras empresas, pero ninguna supera la cantidad recibida en contra de la mencionada, que acumula aproximadamente 300 casos en los registros del SAC de ODECU\u201d,
