Ahora, los consumidores tienen la propiedad sobre su n\u00famero, permiti\u00e9ndoles elegir la compa\u00f1\u00eda con la que desean estar asociados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfA qui\u00e9nes aplica la portabilidad num\u00e9rica y cu\u00e1les son las condiciones?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La portabilidad num\u00e9rica aplica a todos los usuarios de servicios de telefon\u00eda, tanto de planes como de prepago, y se extiende a la telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil y fija.<\/p>\n<p>Los consumidores pueden solicitar el cambio de compa\u00f1\u00eda manteniendo su n\u00famero actual en cualquier momento y sin costo alguno. Sin embargo, una vez que se ha portado a una nueva compa\u00f1\u00eda, el usuario debe esperar 60 d\u00edas antes de poder solicitar otra portabilidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 debe hacer la compa\u00f1\u00eda para facilitar la portabilidad num\u00e9rica?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las compa\u00f1\u00edas telef\u00f3nicas est\u00e1n obligadas a mantener distintos canales para que los consumidores puedan solicitar la portabilidad num\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez realizada la solicitud, la nueva compa\u00f1\u00eda debe habilitar el n\u00famero al d\u00eda siguiente, garantizando as\u00ed un proceso r\u00e1pido y eficiente.
